If we are out of network for your provider, we can still see you as a patient. However, you will be responsible for payment on date of service. Our office will gladly provide you with a receipt to submit for reimbursement. Please keep in mind that your insurance company will only reimburse you for a certain percentage of your visit.
If you are a patient without insurance, we can still see you as private pay. We offer fair and competitive pricing for our services and will quote you before doing any work. We do want to note that all payments are due at time of service. We do not offer billing at a later date or payment plans.
If you have any questions about insurance eligibility, coverage, and whether or not we’re in network, we recommend calling the subscriber services number on the back of your insurance card.
