Currently we are not accepting new patients for routine cleanings. We can see non-established patients during our walk-in hours. You can see a list of insurance companies we participate with here. When you come for your first visit, please bring your insurance information. Also bring any x-rays you’ve had within the last three years.
At your first appointment you will be asked to fill out paperwork and we’ll take a copy of your insurance card. Once your paperwork is completed, our receptionists will enter you into the computer and provide your chart to the doctor. If you wish to complete your new patient paperwork before your appointment, the documents can be downloaded here.
We offer walk-ins Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm for patients in need of emergency dental care. There is no additional cost for urgent visits, and co-pays are determined by your insurance coverage. While we strive to serve all of our patients in a timely manner, there can sometimes be a wait for walk-ins depending on the day. We recommend bringing a book or something to help pass the time.
Please see our guidelines here on how our office is operating during COVID-19.
Information about the different general dentistry services we provide can be found on our General Dentistry Services pages. We also provide a list of insurances that we participate with. You can also call the member services number on the back of your insurance card to ask if we are in network.
